This boot will keep your feet cool and dry in any work environment. Rocky's VP Recycled Waterproof technology is designed to keep liquids out without trapping perspiration in. RETURNS

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping on all returns.
  • Pembroke Pharmacy Boutique only provides In Store Credit for returns sent back 10 days from the date purchased. There will be NO refunds put back on the original method of payment. 
  • Store Credit will be applied to a gift card that will be emailed to you within 2-4 business days after we receive your eligible return. Credit can be used in store & online. 
  • Merchandise must have original tags attached
  • Shoes must be unworn & in original condition
  • No evidence of makeup, self tanners, deodorant, stains or any kind of smell will be accepted for a return
  • Items NOT eligible for returns. This includes:Jewelry, Hats, Bodysuits, Any Items worn or not in original package/condition with all tags attached
  • IF ITEMS ARE DISCOUNTED 30% OFF OR MORE OR ARE LOCATED IN THE "SALE"TAB- THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 
  • We do not offer exchanges on returned items. If you would like to exchange the item you have the option to purchase the item immediately or wait until your store credit has been sent to you then purchase the item. Our inventory turns over quickly, and we cannot guarantee we will still have the item or size you need after the initial purchase.

  • Not all items are eligible for shipping, we will mark as in-store only if so
